1. Service Evaluation, Charles Clifford Dental Hospital Conducted a service evaluation to assess “The effectiveness of pre-operative assessment for intravenous sedation in oral surgery. Designed pro-forma, reviewed 100+ patient records, and conducted data collection and analysis. Developed recommendations and established a departmental benchmark for future audits. 2. Service Evaluation, University of Sheffield and NHS West Yorkshire Integrated Care Board Evaluation of patient-reported outcomes and experiences measures (PROM/PREMs) to assess the effectiveness of Level 2 paediatric dental services. Designed the data collection proforma, data entry and supported with interpretation of data.
