Research experience
I am not currently involved in an active research project, but I am keen to rebuild and develop my research profile within oral and dental research. My interests include oral cancer, early diagnosis, oral health inequalities and public health. Previously, as a Senior Research Assistant at the University of Chester, I contributed to public health research conducted in collaboration with Halton Borough Council. My responsibilities included data collection and analysis, preparing research reports, and presenting findings to the research committee. Earlier in my academic career in India, my research focused primarily on oral cancer, oral pathology and salivary gland tumours. This work resulted in publications relating to rare oral malignancies and other oral pathological conditions. I am now seeking opportunities for mentorship, collaboration and involvement in UK-based oral health research projects.
